Get immersed in the world of the Lower East Side, NYC of the late 70's, 80's and 90's. Learn about Julius Klein's experiences at the most iconic East Village clubs of the 80's with his film clips and incredible stories of the Pop Culture of that time. Listen to a reading by Brian Rose of his book, 'Murder on Second Avenue.' , a first hand account of the brutal murder that shocked the community and learn about his connection with singer/songwriter Suzanne Vega and her famous song "Tom's Diner". Go back to the days when MTV first got started and discover how Daniel Root became their photographer, meeting and photographing every singer/band of the 80's.
